Nn’emeka Maduegbuna
Chairman/CEO
Nn’emeka brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic communications planning, corporate positioning and reputation management for a wide range of brands and issues, as well as extensive experience in issues and crisis management and litigation communications.
Recognised as one of the leading Public Relations practitioners in Nigeria, he has led consulting teams on complex communications programme such as the Nigerian Government Privatisation programme, Central Bank of Nigeria Bank Recapitalization Programme, the merger of Stanbic Bank and IBTC Chartered Bank (Nigeria’s first Tender Offer), and the Pfizer Trovan Crisis. Other major communications programmes in which he has played leading consulting roles include the entry into the Nigerian market of such brands as Actis, MTN, and Etisalat.
Prior to becoming Chairman/CEO of C&F Porter Novelli, Nn’emeka was Director, Corporate Services, at the Bureau of Public Enterprises. In this regard, he was responsible amongst others for the development and management of communications for the Nigerian Government Privatisation Programme from 1989 to 1996.
Nn’emeka began his career in public relations at Union Securities Limited an investment holding company with significant equity interests in ventures covering various sectors of the economy. He was also for a number of years a broadcast journalist and worked for the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) News as reporter, talk show host, anchor person, producer, and documentary filmmaker.

Cosanna Preston
Head of Operations
As the Head of Operations Cosanna Preston-Idedia oversees the entire client relationship process from prospect to sustained strategic planning and execution. With the help of her team of specialists in media relations, public and corporate affairs, consumer marketing, strategic planning and monitoring and analysis ensure she ensures that all C&F communication plans are influential, measurable, impactful, media-neutral – flexible enough to be executed across traditional and digital media – and backed by in depth insights.
She joined C&F Porter Novelli in 2010 as the pioneer Head of Strategic Planning and Research. After establishing and overseeing the department for 2 years she moved on to her current role as Head of Operations. She brings a wealth of experience in terms of managing start-ups and transitions, developing influencers and digital communication. Her experience cuts across 3 continents where she has worked across the fields of journalism, research consultancy, the non-profit sector and academia with additional experience as a strategic planner, editor, online content developer and in events, project and volunteer management.
Prior to joining C&F Porter Novelli Cosanna was a Visiting Fellow with the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs researching the impact of effective communication between governments and citizens. Cosanna holds degrees in African Studies and Political Science from Oxford University (MSc) and the University of Alberta (BA Honours) respectively.

Victoria Nwoji
Head of Human Resources & Administration
Victoria has over a decade of experience in Human Resources and Office Management, with sound Administrative skills.
Prior to joining C&F Porter Novelli, Victoria worked in the Quality Assurance Division of Volkswagen of Nigeria Limited, and briefly with the Acquisition group at Halliburton.
She brings her wealth of experience in managing the Human Resources and Administration Department of C&F Porter Novelli. Her expertise spans employee recruitment planning and full implementation; employee development planning and implementation; performance evaluation; information dissemination and the playing of HR advisory roles. She also sees to the general administration and oversees the activities on Information Technology and ensures compliance to the policies of C&F Porter Novelli.
Victoria holds a Diploma in Secretarial Management and a B.Sc in Business Administration from the University of Lagos. She is a member of the Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Emeka Okereke
Head of Finance
Emeka has over 12 years of experience in Financial Management and Accounting. He is currently the Head of the Finance Department at C&F Porter Novelli. His experience cuts across audit and investigation, taxation, financial management and Accounting practice.
Emeka started his career with the Nigerian Cement Company Limited, Nigercem, Nkalagu as a Junior Account officer and later moved to D.S.O Eneh & Co., Chartered Accountants, then briefly with ECN & Co., Chartered Accountants. Emeka is also a resource person on financial change models for transparent billing for the PR industry in Nigeria.
Emeka is a graduate of Accountancy and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM).
